I was not properly informed how to park underground, below the hotel. No map, set of directions or proper signage. Halls smelled of old food left outside the room doors.

We had to unfortunately cancel our trip short. Ended up on stayin 1 night of our 4 night trip.. the person at reception said we could pay for just that one night plus a cancelation fee and get the rest of our refund.. however 3 months on stil no refund. Having booked via expedia I spoke to thwm but they also said the hotel management declined my refund and said they have no record of such a think. Absolutely unprofessional . The area around the hotel is also secluded unlike what their review says.

Comfortable hotel. The customer service wasn’t the best . I had no internet in the room . The reception promised to sort the problem out with no avail. So no internet during my stay .

150 Euros a night for only two small beds, Breakfast not included, shower not hot enough, no shower caps in the rooms, no drinking water in the room, TV not programmed even after asking six times is a totally raw deal

Friendly staff and the room we were in is updated. I like that they change your towels and clean you room everyday. Close to the airport and bus stop. The restaurant serves good food.

On the whole this was an OK experience. They mucked up our room twice [one room not the correct size and 2nd room had a person already in there] but gave us a very good free breakfast to make up for it

The heating was broken. The staff got us a new room in just minutes.

By far one of the best service ever received by front desk attendants anywhere after 60 years of extensive world travel.

Nice clean property in good location close to airport. Staff friendly. Giving 4 stars only because they have a very awkward parking set up. It is just at the back of the hotel, but to get there it involves a 4km for several blocks and on a stretch of highway to get there. Set your google map pointer to the back of the hotel and that will ne easier for check in if you are driving. Also, they have a very confusing set up for the lights: you have to out your key card in a slot by the door, then walk in to turn on a master switch beside the bed, then you can go back to the front door to turn on the hall light? Probably a good energy saver, but not sure how much of that relates to people just dealing with the darkness...lol

Couldn’t get the shower to work and the water was of scalding temperature
