nothing works at property , no hot water , limited menu at restaurant ..

Le personnel est trop agréable, il est sur que je recommande cette établissement. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, le personnel est a l'écoute des besoins, le seul petit problème qui n'est pas un si gros problème, il ne propose pas de bouteille d'eau au petit déjeuner instantanément, mais ce n'est pas si grave il y a un un market juste a côté. Merci pour l'accueil et votre professionnalisme.

I really like this place it was walking distance to the Nilo river and Karnak temple and Luxor temple,stores and restaurants also the staff was really friendly I can’t remember everyone’s name but I do remember Salma she was very kind.. thank you Salma for the sweetest figs I ever had.. 🌹

Poor room condition, poor lighting, old beds and beddings. Power cut in the middle of the night. Door lock wasn’t working. Needs massive revamp and modernisation. Has a lot of potentials to improve!

Horrendous, don’t do it. Our first room was missing a door handle, they said they’d have it fixed by the afternoon (bags weren’t secure). Came back after 2:00pm and nothing was done. They switched us rooms and broke the handle while letting us in then locked us in the room, said they’d be right back and we were locked in for 20 min and had to bang on the door and call. Finally they got us out and we packed our stuff and booked a different room elsewhere. Also the pool was so green, hot tub had like 6” of water. This place is so busted. Couches looked like they were free off the street in the lobby. We’ve stayed in questionable places before but this place isn’t worth it given how many places there are around for the same price. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.

Good hotel/local//price good for service/location.Not trying to be 5*** but good basic value place to stay where you are warmly welcomed..in process of upgrading rooms .....

You get what you pay for but location was convenient for me and basicly needed a clean bed and a place to shower while sightseeing. I wouldn't count on their idea of what breakfast looks like..a hard boiled egg, various breads, a jelly pack, halva and a cheese sample. I am paying the same price in Cairo and getting a full buffet.i understand the market is different but could put more efford..
