Karnak Hotel Luxor

it was wonderful stay over there. there was some modification work going on at the property but it didint affect us at all.Great place to stay

is a nice hotel and worth its price, the swimming pool was nice and well maintained, we enjoyed the pool almost every day. the one thing I didn't like is a taxi guy that works as a "hotel's taxi, He tries to over charge the hotel guests for his taxi service thinking that you don't know the rates as tourist, but then you ask other taxis and then you know you have been overcharged for the service

No room service the internet is just in the room, dust because they no clean

Please don't stay here. The service is worst. No man power here. Only one man Mustafa does every thing. He is the driver, front-desk guy and the Boss of everything. He charges money for each step. He deserves a single star. If you really stay here because of economy issue, please do more homework before going out and seeking any help from this guy.

Its give us worst experience and feel in secure we check out the hotel with an hour after check in.

Please avoid if you can. Worst experience ever. From unsafe elevators, unclean eating areas, old beds, loud alarms, broken locks, wow, the list can go on. Scary / haunted feeling at the hotel. Not even a 1 star.

The best hotel the service is amazing, it’s clean and they provide any information need it for tourists.. we booked few tours with mostafa he works in the hotel tours and honestly he is amazing I recommend him 100% . I had my children with me and I needed someone to show us around and feel safe, he is the the one, he took us to the most amazing places to visit and all the ruins..

1/ there was no hot shower despite being asked multiple times on multiple days Kept saying central. Will take time but it was NEVER there 2/ the room toilet were not clean 3/ the bathroom had used tissue wipes that made the whole bathroom smell 4/ bad communication 5/ no lighting. Lights were broken Do not trust the pictures online The staff- Ahmed. A boy. He was very helpful he tried his best to help us but there was only so much he could do

I experienced the HIGHEST level of service I’ve EVER experienced in my life! Staff is absolutely incredibly friendly and hospitable. Went out of their way to make sure we were happy! I truly felt they would do absolutely anything to accommodate any request.
