The location was fantastic in terms of proximity to town.

The property requires some maintenance. The fridge was dirty, and there was a fair amount of dirt and dust around - the outside area requires a proper clean. We found that area particularly disappointing.

"Lovely stay, perfect for a quick in and out for a work trip."

Beautiful views overlooking the vineyard. Very friendly staff. Two room cottage clean and adequate.

No aircon and fans not in good working order. It was sweltering hot so aircon would have been good.

"Fijn appartement, top!"

Superfijne accomodatie, heel ruim en goede bedden. Er is een complete keuken, je bent van alle gemakken voorzien. Netjes verzorgd, en zelf een eigen fabrikaat flesje wijn al welkomstgeschenk, heel leuk! Er is een klein gedeeld zwembad bij met ligbedden. De locatie ten opzichte van de Franschhoek winetram is top, je bent er in 10 minuutjes lopen en dus ook bij het centrum.

The host went out of her way to accommodate our request to access the premises earlier. We could use the swimming pool and braai area while getting rhe cottage ready for us.

No complaints at all.

"Pleasant quick stay over!"

We had a lovely one night stay in La Galiniere. The actual property is beautiful and cottages were spacious. The complementary bottle of wine in the cottages were a nice touch (and tasted good too!). The location is pretty central in franschoek and walking distance to the wine tram.

The cottages are a little outdated inside but does mot make or break the stay.

Close to towncentre, large rooms, simple key collection and drop off

No aircon, Fans broken (only one speed, no swing, no timer)
