Villa Soula

I stayed in Villa Soula for 4 nights and then returned back to the hotel after a trip to Naxos Island. I requested for a sea view room on the top floor and I was very pleased with it. Outside the room, is a terrace with lovely garden seats and table. The location was amazing. The hotel had ironing facilities and I also borrowed an UK to EU adapter which was readily available. The hotel staff were very helpful and personable. The bathrooms in the hotel are very small and floor was not as clean. The bed linen was not changed in the 4 days I was there. When I returned to the hotel, I was given a family room which was a very good size but again the bathroom and tub were very small. The breakfast was lots of bread, an egg, toasted sandwich and tea or coffee. I do not eat pork and after letting the restaurant staff know I do not want the toasted sandwich with ham, she very quickly offered me an alternative. This is a budget a hotel and you do get what you pay for. Although, the hotel location is very very near the Fira town, bus station and taxi rank.

My friend and I had a great stay at villa soula. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was perfect and our room ha an amazing deck. All and all we had a great vacation and would stay there again.

Rent a car at the port. Do not take taxi!!! Rented a car for 4 days for $60 with full coverage insurance!! Hotel towels are rough and water goes in and out hot water. Beds are old and was very itchy when we laid in bed. We used our beach towels as blankets because sheets look used. Great location and that's it!

One of the best stays I have had in Europe. We had a better experience at our hotel than friends that stayed in places from 3 to 15 times more expensive. Rooms are extremely clean. I saw the housekeeper spending about 30 minutes per room cleaning. The girl at the front desk was great and I couldn't have asked for better service. The location was great and so close to everything. Less than a 5 mile walk to Fira Square and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus station. Hotel doesn't have tons of amenities, but if you want a comfortable and clean room with excellent service and close to everything, than this is the best choice in Fira!

We stayed four days and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the bathroom looked like it was renovated very recently. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. We also liked that it was a 5 minute walk to the bus station and downtown Fira. The downsides: wifi was unusable since the signal was too weak, the drawers were falling apart and the blinds could let the sun in (we had to put a scarf so we could sleep). I would still recommend it especially for the price!

Budget hotel doesn't begin to describe it. The rooms are very small and tight, beds are uncomfortable. The sheets were stained. For another few euros you could stay somewhere better in Fira. A rip-off given its alleged budget-ness.

Had a lovely stay at Villa Soula! Very conveniently located in Fira! And super safe. Would totally stay there again if I'm ever back to Santorini.

For the price, what a great hotel! It happened to be really cold in santorini when we were there, so the room was a bit cold. Also, because of that, the pool was closed. There is a lot of outdoor space but no indoor lounge area - something insignificant in the summer, but while it was cold and we had to wait for our 1:25am ferry, we really wished we could have had a nice place to sit (Easter Friday, so things closed early). The lady was really nice and let us keep our bags for the day. Other than that, well maintained hotel, great location in Fira, and can't argue about the price!

very near to fira town, friendly staff even provide us a place to shower after we had check out from hotel. only thing is not easy to get a parking. However overall is great!
