Villa Soula

Awesome location, just outside the main area of Fira. Staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help and answer questions. Would definitly recommend villa soula!!!

This hotel would have just been "OK" in my opinion were it not for the excellent customer service the staff provided me with. My trip was delayed by a day and Athanasia was very quick to help me re-book transfer services and suggest ways to maximize my trip given that I lost a day in transit. The hotel itself is nice enough: clean, a five-minute walk from the Caldera, with a good amount of communal space in which to enjoy sunbathing, etc. But the customer service really made me feel welcome after a stressful travel experience. I totally recommend this hotel to other travelers!

we showed up quite late and the staff had gone home but left us a sweet note explaining where our room was with the door unlocked for us:) The location is great, just a 2 minutes walk to Fira town centre and 5 minutes to bus station . We rented an ATV and cruised out to Oia (20 min) which was fun

Our requests weren't adhered to at all, even though we had evidence of them from our printed booking confirmation and staff were unapologetic. Expensive for the type of room.

My room was beautiful on a great balcony and staff were great. They set up my trips and let me shower in the pool shower since I got back after check out. Nothing too fancy but nice

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was so perfect! We are budget travelers so obviously this was so cheap and it was perfect. The room itself was pretty spacious and the balcony we had was big and had chairs and a table. The private bathroom had everything you needed, and even had a bathtub, very rare in Europe. The neighborhood was perfect to be in, not even a 5 minute walk to get to the main part of town. The pool was also a definite plus, so peaceful, and the breakfast is HUGE if you choose to get it. I have absolutely nothing to complain about with this hotel, I definitely recommend it.

Villa Soula fit all our needs. For the price we paid it was an adequate hotel. The breakfast was not worth paying for. Everything was clean except the bathroom flooded significantly after a shower. The room was comfortable and equipped with a TV, AC, mini fridge, and kettle. Unfortunately there was no safe, however we felt safe leaving our things in the room.

The hotel is close to the center of Fira. It was a basic room. We did have a view of the ocean. The lots on two sides of the hotel are empty and unattractive.

If you're coming to Santorini on a budget or with your friends, Villa Soula is a good hotel option with a fair price. Although, the small rooms and very tight bathrooms may not be the best option if you're on a romantic getaway. Rooms were clean but the pool and breakfast are not worth entertaining. Not really an issue since the hotel has a VERY convenient location to Fira market / town. Walking distance to bus stops, taxi stand, shop and dinner options were a breeze. Definitely stay here for the ease of location but not if you're looking for anything luxurious in your stay.
