Villa Soula

We had a standard room with one bed and a furnished patio. We expected the patio to be private but it was not, as well the room was very very small especially the bathroom where it was almost impossible to even shower. Other than that the location and was good and the staff was helpful.

I chose Villa Soula baseboard proximity to the main square of Fira and bus station. It's of the main streets so it's quite but only a couple min walk to everything. Staff was very helpful, especially with loaning me an adaptor fit my charger. The mattress was a bit firmer than I like but not bad.

We found this hotel to be close to everything. The buses,and taxis were very close by. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Everyone was helpful and answered all our questions. The only problem we had was that the bathroom was small.

This hotel was located just a couple blocks outside of the city center, it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants without having the city center noise at night. The veranda was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful.

Waking distance to main town. Good breakfast just 4 euros. Clean & Comfortable rooms. We got to santorini late at night around 1am. Since the reception would be close at that time the receptionist did left us a note explaining on how to get our room. Thanks.

Wouldn't trade it for anything! Friendly and very helpful service. A very handy location.

Not far from the central bus station, a nice place though hard to find staff members after midnight. Rooms are very clean and neat.

The staff was nice and very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. We could easily walk from the hotel to Fira.

Biggest concern...this hotel has charged my Visa 3 TIMES for the same stay!!! First, I was charged by Expedia upon booking the room. Secondly, charged upon check out, ( never provided my credit card). Thirdly, charged two weeks after returning home, ( never provided my credit card). I am still dealing daily with hotel personnel who refuse to refund the money!! Hotel is extremely small...barely enough room to walk around the bed. Shower is even smaller!!! If you drop the soap, you have to call someone to pick it up for you. The advertised outdoor pool is not really outdoors!!! It is a room that has 3 of the 4 walls around it and the roof...that's not really outdoors. However, with all the beaches close by, there is no need for a pool anyway but it is an indication of the half-truths and deceit this hotel offers. Do not stay here!! The weeks of follow-up fighting for your money will unfortunately destroy your Santorini memories permanently.
