Villa Soula

Tired and not very well-appointed room - very basic, not particularly clean, aircon ineffective, overall poor value for money.

Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Room was cleaned daily. I give this hotel a 3 because I expected more for the price I paid, compared to the other hotels I stayed in. This hotel had the smallest shower of all my stays. Also, all the tap water on the island is salt water, so be prepared for a salt water shower. There was no complimentary breakfast. The location was nice because it wasn't in the center of town, just a few minutes walk up to Fira town square. Overall good hotel, but a bit over-priced.

A great hotel. If you're looking to stay in a place to see sunset this is not it. Very comfortable beds.

Just a 5 min walk from the old town area of Thira this hotel was a great base to spend a few evenings exploring the island. The bus station is also 5 mins walk away for connections to the port/airport and the main beaches and sights outside Thira. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms felt homely, the only negative would be the showers are a bit on the small side.

Good location; would have been a little better if it was on top of the hill which I could say for any of them. At check out I was charged for breakfast after I had asked if it was included. The hostess said I was told the first day but I don't remember that being in the briefing. It was only €4 for a lot of food so I can't complain about that but I did get tired of it and probably would have eaten out if I had known. Our balcony overlooked an empty parking lot that wasn't pretty but overall the room was nice and served its purpose and the people were very friendly.

Veryyyyy terrible hotel, I don't want to recommend.

The hotel is located 5mins off main street, approximately 10 ~ 15 mins to the cliff front. It's slightly remote from traffic and all the pubs and bars, which makes it quieter at night. The town is really not big so unless you wish to go for expensive hotels with a sea front view, I don't think it matters where it locates. The facilities are generally basic but decent enough, clean and tidy. We had the basement room and it had enough sun light and breeze so it wasn't a problem for us. The staff are friendly and very helpful, providing us good information and even get us book on the day tours, saving us going around and ask. Overall a decent stay

Our stay was lovely, we stayed in room 11 which was a triple room with a great view from the balcony. The rooms were kept very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed two nights and would have stayed a third, however, we arrived in Santorini late at night on our first night and the hotel reception has limited hours which was the only thing that we found really inconvenient about our stay. If Villa Soula had 24-hour reception it would have been a 5/5!

Good clean rooms. Close to Thira.

Hotel was good right in santorini just 2 min walk to town the pool is on the bottom of hotel thought is was up top but nice and clean bit noisy the rooms but staff very helpful. Got taxi from airport 12 euro or bus just near. Nice restaurant up the road Stamna very nice people excellent food made us very welcome would definitely recommend it, not to expensive like the restaurants over the other side. Went on sunset cruise great day loved santorini and the hotel did not want to leave
