Third class reception staff

Hotel good but reception boys are third class staff they don’t have manners directly telling don’t come to hotel

I liked the clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location

The room was a bit noisy, the Wi-Fi was slow, and the breakfast options were limited.

For breakfast, we may not be able to attend since we will be going outside. If possible, they could provide lunch or dinner instead, since breakfast is already paid. The hotel location is perfect.

Provide internet access.

Located close to conference venue. Spacious room, good bed, clean washroom, comfortable air conditioning.

All fine. No complaints. Keep up the good work.

TV was not running condition. Water leakage issue in restroom.

break fast was just about decent. Location is very good.

the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property and rooms. Dint understand why they refused to give me GST bill in the name of my company, As it was an official travel.
