Room are big enough in size and kept clean. Service are decent. Just that food is below average for the heavy cost of breakfast . Even the location is little interior and very isolated.

The location is very isolated. It's a very small looking hotel and not lavish as much as the charge. The staff is very greedy and money minded. The staff feel that they work in 5 star hotel and behave like high heads . There is no flexibility in hotel for support. Food is pathetic and breakfast is too bad at this price.

breakfast was good, but they will not serve or provide unless you eat in the restaurant at the given time only. the room is spacious but with cockcroach. otherwise, comfortable.

-The room is spacious and clean -The staff are polite and accommodating -We felt safe and comfortable during our 4 day stay -I cannot give enough feedback for the different breakfast dishes as I'm not familiar with them but we always ask for omelette and dosa, which they prepare only on request. -I like to commend the hotel's restaurant, Cascade. Apart from the complimentary breakfast we also tried their other menu such as Hyderabadi Biryani, Butter Chicken with Roti, and Sweet Lassi. You can request not to make it spicy and the food is still very tasty. I can say that it is safe to dine here because we never got the stomach flu. -We arrived at 4:30am and there is 24 hour reception service. They even have a cute dog that welcomed us when we arrived.

The fridge is not working. Better to remove it from the room.

The breakfast menu was healthy and tasty and sumptuous. The ambience was also quite soothing and pleasent.

The overall hospitality was good. The staff was quite considerate and cooperative. The middle management at the desk also showed all possible considerations for my request which was not needed.

i came to hyderabad bc of my exam..and i like the accessibility of the location of the hotel..and i got everything that i needed for a room..even more actually.. i had a great stay..will recommend to my other colleagues who will take an exam there. all the best!
