breakfast spread was good.the staff are really friendly and courteous.

wifi and bars have become a must nowadays. you need to provide them. toiletry kit is not as claimed(paste, brush, and comb missing).On TV, more Tamil news channels can be included for guests like me. Any updates you provide can be communicated to all the guests who stay with you.

Property is located off the main road amidst offices with lot of construction activity.

There is no staff waiting to help with bags.. The premises need good amount of maintenance all over including the bathrooms. Though there are many options available in breakfast the dining room staff don’t inform the guests and are not very customer oriented .. food was not warm enough.. with some serious efforts the place can live upto its name of boutique hotel

Overall breakfast was excellent. There were several options to choose from. Every day different variety of items were kept. The room service was very quick. We could also order food from Swiggy/Zomato and get cutlery from the restaurant..

The wash basin in the bathroom was small due to which there was water leakage. The sambar was watery. The non-veg options should be kept separated from the veg options.

There was police raid in the hotel room which was unjustifiable at night 10.30pm. They even came to rooms of ladies staying alone without a lady staff which is unacceptable. Extremely pathetic.
