The staff were very hospitable, and the convenience of the location

We had booked the suite, but the maintenance was not up to standard. They said it was too under go renovation shortly hence the condition.

Location is accessible. Staff were friendly and hospitable.

I think it would be better there should be “complimentary meal” or like a single meal coupon valid for a day, instead of complimentary breakfast. Some guests may not be able to avail the free breakfast buffet as they have appointments that is earlier than the timings of breakfast. So if they missed the breakfast ,the guest may avail the free meal for lunch or dinner at least.
