Well located but lacks maintenance. Ok for short stay

Stay was fine-Was allowed early checkin.Excellent location.24 hr hot water. Room clean but the sanitory fittings need regular & proper maintainance.

For business travel or family trip Chaitam is a nice and comfortable place to stay. It is centrally located. In Future when we visit Thiruvanatapuram we intend to stay in Chaitam only.

The hotel is good and the staff is just OK, there is no absolute room service the boys services is below any standards... Sad for that.

I have been staying here many times. this time I found there is a lot of change in room maintainance, service levels, turnaround time etc., Unlesss you improve on this, the KTDC brand will get affected very soon. Room service was poor. Even bed spreads are not changed properly. Towels are not changed properly & Qualify of clothes are very minimal. Seriously work on improving the quality of stay, irrespective of rate

I was really feltvat home. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was lovely. The hotel situated at prime location.It was a wonderful experience.

I always prefer to stay here because of the proximity to city and other places including the railway station. The rooms are spacious and bright with good ventilation that makes it very relaxing

The only positive thing about the hotel, as somebody had previously written, is the proximity to the Railway station. With old furniture, shabby rooms it is hightime the unit is refurbished. They are not providing any faucets in lavatory and the tap is out of reach. The toilet tissue paper was placed not on its stand but on the flushing cistern

Never ever stay in this place ! The bathrooms had tiny bugs - the room was dirty . There was a power failure for one whole day and I had to sleep with no fan , no light ! Uncooperative staff ! Over all it's a horror !
