The only advantage is that this hotel is present in the City and opp to Railway station. Close to all theaters, shopping and restaurants. Do not take the Suite Rooms as it is directly facing the road and all the noise from the bus traffic and trains hits you directly. It makes us very difficult to sleep. The Suite rooms does not provide value for money, Old Cupboards, Cleaning is a eye wash, Old A/Cs, broken shower, No Geyser, Hot water is provided only on certain timings and that too will be warmer in nature. If you are having kids or old aged guests who needs hot water then it is difficult to manage without hot water. The buffet breakfast is Ok but the staff do not refill it on time. Managing the refill is not proper. Overall i do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay in the city.

Location is perfect, staff is cooprative, same breakfast for all days that need to be modified, all the view points are in reach, padamnabham temple is on walking distance.

It was indeed a awful experience , being good hostile country cant expect such an unacceptable behavior from the reservation staff . In my case i was wanting to pre pond my booking for few day but firstly the call is unanswered from the hotel reservation either she was available almost all the time & it took almost 02 weeks to understand my query and to resolve it that too when i finally out of my patience . My advise is if your in customer service industry you have to be a good listener first & showing attitude should be minimized to nil .Over all it was indeed a ok kind of experience to me .

The breakfast was disappointing in the sense all are fried items, like Poori, fried bananas, etc. Preferred some Pongal, Vadai and Iddli.
