"Convenient hotel, centre of town close to the rail"

Room was clean but a bit small for the price. AC condensate was leaking into the room. Tv is is not located in a comfortable position. Remote of tv not in the best condition. Bathroom need more attention. One towel rod is inadequate. Some hooks on the door panel or on the wall should solve this problem. Bathroom window panel was broken. It looked bad. Overall the hotel is ok not the best..

"To visit Ananthapadmanabaswamy temple"

The best thing i liked about this hotel is the location. Just next to the Thambanoor bus stand and opp. to Trivandrum Central railway station, just 1 KM away from Padmanabaswamy temple, you can't ask for more, if you are planning to visit the temple. The room is decent enough and for vegetarians you have Aaryas close to the hotel.

"Stay at KTDC chaitram"

The hotel is located at a walking distance to Railway station (Less than 3 minutes walking). The room has got all facilities including TV, AC, cupboards, office table, and additional teapoy and cushion chair. There is a morning buffet provided as a compliment (until 10 am). Only drawback worth mentioning is that, the toilet is not provided with a health faucet. Theres also a convineant hotel in the downstairs of the hotel at an economic rate.Remaining everything fine including speed of the water and hot water supply. If you are opting for a budget hotel with ease of travel, this shall be the best option

"A KTDC Hotel located next to Govt Bus Stand."

Located next to Bus stand, has busy approach. New bus stand is under construction nearby which may reduce congestion. Food is good and most of visiting places are near by. Staff is courteous and helpful.

"My exp at chaitram at trivandrum"

This hotel is in the heart of the city just walkable distance from railway station good building. But the maintenance is very poor. The rooms and the restaurant, bar does not look like a 3 star rather looks like a road side cafe.

"Front office staffs"

Bad service . Was made to wait more than 1.5 hours inspite of confirmed booking. Room quality was pretty bad and the cleanliness was pathetic . Being a government owned hotel there is no importance to any of the expected service or courtesy
