Ktdc is not that much good for what we pay.Room was small.

A well located hotel which is badly maintained. The rooms are in urgent need of repairs. Go to hotel highland just near by.

We stayed for 1 day and booked this hotel through hotels.com. The booking process was quite simple; thanks to hotels.com. About the hotel, I could say the hotel was quite expensive and to my knowledge, there were other hotels in the vicinity which offered rooms at a lesser price with better amenities. Since there was no accommodation, we had to settle for this one. There was no shower in the bathroom, no hand gun for the toilet (we had to use the mug :-(...) the toileteries were like the one in the govt offices. Overall, ok but one may look for other options before settling for this.

this is the fifth time i am staying in Chaithram. Easy accessibility to rly.station is the only reason to choose it. quality of service and amenities are very poor. TV and AC are always in problem. food is good. cleanliness is not bad.

This hotel has all the necessary amenities, but the staff are hopeless. For us 3, we were provided one bathroom towel, room were not cleaned. After checkout, they haven't issued the bill even after requesting multiple times. During booking it was shown as 1650 per night, at counter they charged me 1850, I am sure there is some evil thinking behind all these things. There is no wonder why government organizations are failing in there business. Only God only can correct them!. I wish these people travel outside at least once and see what is happening in other hotels of same level.
