no mirror in room, deterioration on walls/grout/floor tiles, the toilet was situated next to a wall in the corner so it made it hard to comfortably use the toilet, there was no hot water or strong water pressure so we ended up not showering there. no hangers or shelf space or space in the bathroom to put stuff on by the sink. no hand soap, and our key chain broke for our key…also the batteries to the a/c remote died. no daily cleaning unless requested. no elevator yet you pay resort fees. why pay resort fees if this property is not a resort?

The location was the only good thing about this hotel

The shower and toilet didn’t work. There was no compensation given so I have written to booking.com

Nothing is clean, the room doesn't have a window like the photo, shower is not working, no lift.

Great staff! Clean rooms but there was a lot of mold on the property, but not in the room. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock and it was a shared balcony! My friends room had no blanket.
