Love that they have bunkbeds and separate single bed in one room. Perfect location since it's super near to Ninenzaka, kimono rental shop, and the bus stop. There's also some restaurants nearby too. (I booked another for my friend and they accepted in no time. The staff was super friendly as well.)

good location /good view

Not allowed to keep luggages at hotel counter after checking out. We were forced to look for locker to keep luggages for the rest of the day.

The hotel was simple and the rooms were comfortable. I actually really enjoyed sleeping in the capsule, but it was a bit of a weird set up. Great location to explore Kyoto

No kettle in the room and the pillows in the capsule were quite small.
