"Good location and value for a stay in Kyoto"

The bed in the 3 bedroom room was comfortable

The bunk beds in the 3 bed room could do with slightly thicker mattress, but all in all we liked this Accomodation.

"budget friendly, if you don’t look for luxury"

+location. hard to beat, close to the temples, close to Gion, close to the bus stops and supermarkets/combini stores. +big rooms + semi comfortable futon beds. if you stack up few of them 😅 + friendly staff, you can pay with card + big bathroom ( in the family room)

- stairs everywhere, elevator doesn’t go all the way - cannot store your luggage after check out - check out at 10am - dust behind the tv ( not up to Japanese standards of hygiene)

"Great location for early morning adventures"

The room was comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom had a seperate toilet so could be used by more than 1 person at a time. We also had a small fridge which was very handy for early morning snacks. Amazing location in Higashiyama area just 5 minutes walk to Hokan-ji pagoda and 10 minutes from the train.

Baggage storage was not available as we expected from the amenities listed online. Small kitchen was only available after 4pm.
