We had a room facing the freeway and railroad. It was VERY loud. Toilet ran, shower controls were not intuitive, shower spout was barely hanging on.

Upon arrival and getting checked i to our room, we found the room dirty, dirty brown stains on the couch, dirty bedspread. Decided to pull the sheets back on the bed inly to find hair in the bed, and dirty sheets. Went and talked to the manager and requested a refund so we could go look for another hotel only to have him tell us we would lose our money for the first nigh because we entered the room and now it was considered dirty. I told him it was dirty to begin with! Never ever will I stay at this or another Hampton Inn.

"Disappointing Stay"

Basic room, dirty lobby, disappointing breakfast. The business center is a closet without a door behind the front desk. It hardly qualifies as a business center. The woman working the front desk came across as too busy to be bothered by guest questions. The manager told my coworker if she wanted information she could pull out her phone and ask an internet search engine. Not customer friendly. Good location but will not stay again.
