The first room the toilet was broken so they switched us to another room. The second room the heater was working we slept all night cold and frozen. The room is not cleaned very well the window curtains were disgusting in both rooms. The carpet felt sticky the pillows were very uncomfortable. But the indoor pool was really nice.

The room faced the highway and between cars and trains it was difficult to sleep. The heater and the fridge were noisy. It would be nice to have one bottle of water in the room. It was conveniently located for me during this trip.

"Cold weather "

Everything was good except the check in service i know we got there at1:45pm but it was ugly weather and my grandson was playing soccer we had to go back at 4 so we wanted to get out of weather but they said we had to wait till 3 i been to other hotels and they let you check in early if room is ready.

Friendly staff,

The sink is clogged, and water won't go down. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotions were not filled up. It was almost empty when we were there, making us think if it was really cleaned and managed correctly. The towel shelves were not cleaned, we could see the dusts.
