"Satisfactory short stay"

Looks the location, which made my office easily accessible, the concierge services provided made life so much easier, the rooms were spacious and had most of the amenities you expect and the breakfast spread was large and the staff were helpful and obliging but at times very slow to respond which is expected but somewhat disappointing. All in all it was a good stay.

"# Hayat Regency no go #"

Horrible stay. Staff not cooperative. Parking was horrible. Had to wait for more then 15 minutes to get the car. (3 times) Breakfast was not of 5 star standards. See the picture.

"Wonderful Hotel!"

This hotel is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us. The service at this hotel is by far the best we have ever experienced. Special thanks to Mr. Sohail and Mr. Digvijay on the management team. They were very accommodating and attentive. Also, special thanks to Chef Batam, Chef Dilip, Mr. Karan, and Mr. Sorabh at Pune 14. They did an amazing job during breakfast and the dinner buffet. They always welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had everything that we needed. We highly recommend this hotel and will be returning ourselves in the future.
