The staff were super helpful and friendly and love the breakfast buffet , miss Dumbeno was super friendly and kind she helps me with my luggage

Very nice hotel, my room 709 was amazing and Incredible big, but also the noise of the traffic was very uncomfortable, due to that my score is not 5 starts. What I rate with 5 starts is the gym... Amazing... Just to be perfect, only adding a spinning bike it would be an advantage. Dumbeno and Asima give me nice support.

The stay was so comfortable we came here to celebrate my anniversary specially thanks to Ms sejal guest relationship manager she helped us a lot for all the arrangements and also the breakfast was so delicious

The experience was really awesome , the cleaning staffs are also well behaved and nice . Specially Abhishek, vaibhav and Ashis .

Our experience at Hyatt on 9 Dec was disappointing due to the restaurant manager’s attitude. Despite showing our company’s booking confirmation, he repeatedly insisted we pay for lunch. He even claimed we were at the wrong hotel until we explained their hotel cab driver called us and picked us up. He said that he will take care of the bills as he is doing us a favour but the fact is our company will cover our bills, before we complete he left pretending to be in a rush. Such behaviour is not expected from a hospitality professional.

Great Hospitality. Looking forward for more stay and awesome experience and beautiful life long good memories. We all college friends came to Pune for our SIMS 2005 Batch meet. We all enjoyed here after along gap of 20 years. Next we are planning in 2025. ( Silver Jubilee celebration--2030). Mostly this time it was a fresh experience at Hyatt Pune. Really appreciate Hyatt all staff & team members. Memorable. Looking forward for more to come.
