I had an amazing experience for brunch at Pune 14. The food quality and spread variety was excellent. Specially the dessert section. Must have The service of the staff, specially Aniket Bansode, who served us, was exemplary. He was attentive and customised things according to our palette

"Can’t be called 5 star"

For sure, it doesn’t feel like 5 star anymore. Room quality is worsening. Other residents seemed to be very cheap but that’s not Hyatt’s fault. It is how it with some people.

"Comfortable Stay with Excellent Housekeeping"

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, well looked after, and had everything I needed. A special thanks to the room cleaning team Kamruddin, Saroj and Sachin they did a great job and were always prompt, making sure the room stayed clean and fresh throughout my stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely be happy to stay here again.
