Mt. Madison Inn & Suites

Overall, we had a good stay. Check in was easy and the staff member was pleasant. It was a busy weekend, so there were a lot of people and it was full. We had a room at the bottom of the stairs so it was a bit loud. Fortunately, we were able to drown out the noises with fans. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay again.

The location is convenient so you can walk to various businesses in Gorham but it's on the busy and very noisy main street. I think the innkeeper could pay more attention to detail. And example is there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom because the towel rack was missing. There were no clothes hangers provided and when I asked for some, I was given a limited number.

The room was extremely small. The bathroom looked like it was put in a closet. Toilet was hidden behind the bathroom door. Would not recommend.

Motel is good to stay, they are clean and neat and staff is friendly and flexible. Happy to visit again and stay at same place.

Property was in very poor condition. Bed was very uncomfortable, sheets were of very poor quality. Lack of cleanliness made for an uncomfortable night.

Rooms are clean and the office attendent was extremely friendly and helpful with parking arrangements.

Safe

The room was ok, but smelled like smoke. There was not much counter space in the bathroom. Bathroom door did not latch. The room did have a refrigerator and microwave.

When checking in no one was around? You had to call a phone number that was posted on the desk and the staff came after a few minutes. Room was OK but loud road noise. No Hair Dryers in the rooms which is odd. I have to use one every day so it was not great.
