Mt. Madison Inn & Suites

There was a problem with my TV so the staff quickly upgraded me to a larger room. My room was very comfortable, warm and clean. It was an easy walk into town with a choice of eating establishments. There was also a convenience store right across the street. Even though the motel was close to the road it was very quiet. The price was also very reasonable since it was past foliage season. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a motel. I needed somewhere warm, clean, and safe for a night. Yes, it could use some touching up, and some more hooks on the walls, but it did what I needed. Nobody was rude to me as mentioned in some other reviews, they checked me in efficiently when I go there fairly late, and I didn't have any issues. I would stay again in similar circumstances.

Office was closed when we arrived even though it was supposed to be open. We were one room away from a very busy and noisy road.

Not as nice as it looks in the pictures. TV not working in our first room. 2nd room coffee table collapsed when I put a 6 pack of water on it. Thermostat not working. Heats either on or off.

Staff was nice room was clean. We felt safe and comfortable The hwy traffic was not bad after sunset

This is a motel and not an inns and suites place I have no idea how people rate this place highly. Room #106 Unrepaired walls and damaged furniture Peeling wallpaper in the shower. No hot water for the shower Soft spots on the floor Nobody on duty in the office to help out Musty odor Styrofoam under one of the end tables? I talked with people in two other rooms who were leaving and staying in another hotel for the next night. They were also highly disappointed in their room.

The room was dated at best. The pictures on line were deceiving. One of the night stands was on styrofoam. The wall paper in the bathroom was coming off. One of the things that attracted me to that place was the hot tub. It was so dirty and disgusting I wouldn’t stick a toe in it. To end on a high note, the bed was more comfy that it looked and the heat/ac worked well. I would not stay there again.
