Salad Beach Resort

Stayed 2 nights last year so couldn't wait to go back. We thought it had deteriorated fro last year and our room was very dated and general hotel areas were rather scruffy,the outside of our room was rather smelly and we had big problems flushing our toilet! We ate there 2 nights and the food is excellent with good service, the hotel is right on the beach so perfectly positioned.

We were a party of two couples. Most enjoyable stay with lovely white beach and swimming in both the sea and hotel pool.Hotel food was good and also visited other restuarants within walking distance.Met some lovely visitors also staying at the hotel. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. We also hired scooters to explore other parts of the island. Generally we had a ball. Will visit again.

Great staff and stunning setting

Great location, lovely beach with fabulous clean water but quite a narrow beach and not enough sun loungers on the hotel deck. Good restaurant and nice bar area . Lovely and quiet and away from the parties!

We had a really nice time here. Staff is nice. Visual condition is still nice. Recomended For families and typical tourists. Just next on the beach there is a perfect spot for na evening fun named MY WAY BAR.

Great hotel, but needs a bit on maintenance/update work on pool and accomadat ion, will definitely return though. Beach is amazing. Food left a lot to be desired

As per the title suggests, I would reccommend to budget conscious people. Right on the beach, although when we were there, high tide was during the day. Staff very helpful and friendly. A good spot

Close to beach. Nice food and great restaurant staff. Good service and good staff. But far from the town and pier. Can rent bike at 200baht per day. Very suitable for family but not for backpackers or those who loves party. Overall, great resort.

I stayed there in early December for a few days while it was still in the low season and got the room for 650 thb per night. For that money it was excellent. Salad Beach is a nice shallow bay with a little bit of reef life. I caught the ferry over to Phangan from Bang Rak pier on Samui and hired a scooter just off the pier at Phangan and drove the 30 mins to the resort. Very easy to do. A scooter really opens up Phangan - salad beach might be a bit too condensed otherwise.
