Salad Beach Resort

The resort is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic location, beautiful and peaceful area with clean beach on the doorstep. And if you want to go anywhere further you can just take a taxi ride. Food in the restaurant is tasty and service is fantastic. The only negative memory I have is morning hours receptionist. She's the most unpleasant and apathetic person I dealt with in the leisure industry. But afternoon/evening receptionist was absolutely superb!

Nice and friedly bungalows directly by the beach. Great location for snorkling, swimming and sunbathing. Don't expect night life or shopping near by.

We loved our weeks stay at Salad Beach Resort! We hardly left the beautiful grounds and beach at all. Very relaxing and the restaurant food is lovely... A very good Inhouse chef. The receptionist was lovely and went out of her way to help in any way she could. Cleaning and water daily. We will definitely return!

I thought Salad beach was perfect for those on a low budget, the place is old and worn, however it has all the basics, great WiFi everywhere, good airconditioning, hot water (not that you really need it), and they clean the rooms and change the sheets and towels everyday. I had a room in the main building and as far as I could tell it wasn't really any different to the bungalows but was a lot cheaper. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. I would avoid the resturant though, there are a couple of much nicer places to eat on salad beach.

Enjoyable stay with a balcony overlooking a lovely beach. Most staff were pleasant although some on the front desk were a little short with us at times. The restaurant had tables on the beach in the evening which was beautiful and the food was nice.

would not recommend this hotel to anyone water heaters not functioning called them few times no one came to checked in room phone not functioning called them few times till next day no one came breakfast area dogs we roaming around and hotel staff was not even bothered check out time is 11 am requested for late check out extended 30 min which after 30 mins ill be charged 500 bhat

We were looking for a relaxing, away from the madness place to relax and unwind and that is exactly what we found. I initially only booked here for two nights and immediately extended our stay here. The staff were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The rooms were perfect, clean, comfortable and really well priced. The only hard decisions we needed to make were weather to sit by the pool or overlooking the beautiful beach. There were lots of families and couples here so nothing mad happening after 10pm. Cocktails and excellent music could be found in the next bar. The sunset each night was amazing a real treat to see. This was definatley the best palce that we stayed during our holiday.

Many kids in the pool area, breakfast a kiddie mayhem. We stayed for two nights and then fled to the southern part of the Island where it's a more adult vibe.

Once I came to Salad Beach Resort, I transformed from a 30 something year old man into a little incompetent child. Everything is so strict there! For instance, they make you sign out for towels, the hotel room has a water tap that is a push down mechanism that allows you a little amount of water. They make sure you cannot seperate your key from they power card because they are so paranoid about you using the electricity while gone. No one in the restaurant can speak adequate English where you end up speaking like a baby to them. The good Points are the Beach is Nice, there is convenient stores nearby, and the pool is ok.
