Friendly staff, lovely food, close to the town centre.

Great hotel in a town centre location. Lovely room with great facilities. Great breakfast and other food good. The pie at lunchtime was excellent

Disappointed that residents cannot get a sandwich in the evening. We had a cooked lunch and wanted a sandwich in the evening but even though sandwiches are on the lunch menu they are not available at night. Went to Sainsbury’s next door for a meal deal but hotel could have had a few extra quid through the tills.

Staff even cleaners lovely and friendly, room small but cosy and well equipped, ☺️

So convenient for the Picturedome Theatre

The staff was amazing! They were extremely accomodating and friendly. I have honestly never been treated so well at a hotel in my entire life. I couldn't recommend them more highly and will 100% be staying here next time we are in the area.

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

Location was great, next door to the Picturedrome also free parking. Bar area good and lots of outdoor seating. Nice and clean and nice friendly staff.

Rooms on the small side, breakfast isn’t included in the room rates which I didn’t realise so was charged £13.50 each for our breakfast which for a £139.00 per room, per night I would of thought it would be included in the room rate.

The location was great. Next to the gig venue. Clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.

Minor issue with an extractor fan outside.

Stayed over for a gig the Venue next door lovely accommodation clean friendly comfortable good value and Good Food!

It was perfectly located, right next door to the picture dome. The hotel and bar was gorgeous, clean and the rooms were well apportioned. The staff were lovely and helpful and the food was delicious.
