The location is excellent

There were only 6 tv programmes available . Or , if there were more there should be instructions in the room to explain how to access them .

I thought the whole setting was very pretty in an ideal location and very relaxing. The staff where very helpful and friendly

Next door to picturedrome. In town centre close to bars and restaurants

Location, staff, dining area, breakfast and parking

Room was very disappointing. Small, no proper windows or outlook.

Where it was, we could walk to the tourist attractions and enjoy our stay

The room was a little small

Perfect position in the cente of the town, has a very convenient pub with a wode variety of ales. Engljsh breakfast is very good and have also continental breakfast options.

All staff were very polite and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location and parking were very good. The decor of the bar and restaurant areas was very nice,

Requested a room with a view, ended up in a room with no real windows (room 24) so no outlook. Room was small, so felt like a prison. Not 4 star in my opinion. Also our bookings were messed up with second night - which was booked and paid for) not being on the system. Could not get WiFi to work with my laptop but that was probably a security issue on my work laptop.
