very good place to stay, its cool, George is very helpful in any sense. The hotel is at the top of a hill, so lots of walking from the ferry, but you can take a bus. also from the hotel, you can walk for 5-10 minutes to take the bus for 2 euros that takes you literally to the main place.

I had an excellent stay at The Windmills in Ios. The location is perfect and within walking distance of Chora, making it easy to explore the town and access everything on foot. The room itself was consistently clean, quiet, and spacious, with a very reasonable price for the quality offered. It was always well-maintained, which made coming back after a day out feel relaxing and comfortable. The highlight of my stay, however, was the manager, George. He was incredibly welcoming and approachable, always ready to provide information about the area and helpful tips for getting around. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, checking in regularly without ever being intrusive. His hospitality truly elevated the experience and made the stay memorable. I would highly recommend The Windmills to anyone visiting Ios.

Struttura pulita. Posizione molto comoda 2 min a piedi da Chora. Vicino ci sono le strade che portano alle spiagge. Parcheggio. Gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Persona molto piacevole!

Clean hotel , in a quiet location, close to city center and walkable distance to Mylopotas beach.

La struttura esternamente é moderna, le camere sono piccole però, in due con valigia ci si sta a fatica, consiglio pEr 3 giorni inoltre essendo frequentato da gente giovane ci sono rumori tutta notte e si sente tutto, in pratica lo sconsiglio a coppie che vogliono fare una vacanza tranquilla mentre è ok per giovani single

This hotel is great! Very close to the city centre and a 20 minute walk to Mylopotas beach. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The owner is super nice and welcoming. Definitely coming back here!
