Got stuck in lift 4 times . Still not work properly after 2 weeks . There was a medical emergency and could not get hold of the reception . Just a ring door bell and no one answered lucky maintenance man there called a Ambulance, no clean sheets or towels over 2 week stay
GBExcellent location - stones throw from levante beach and the strip. Many supermarkets , shops and bars nearby. Great sea views. Warm blankets, nice staff. Received deposit back smoothly.
WiFi connection was unstable on 11th floor and had to buy additional data from phone provider - also no smart TV so if you want YouTube, Netflix etc during your stay it might not be the best. Also didn't receive email replies from the property when I was messaging questions to them prior to stay via booking.com regarding when the rest of the monies would be taken (they were taken when I arrived ) but once I got to Benidorm it was easy to get in to the property and everything was explained.
