Location is amazing right in the heart of old town , the room was lovely & a really cosy bed . Decco was great !

I liked everything . No complaints .

The location and staff were really helpful reserving a parking space.

Overall the hotel feels tired. Our room was the most expensive of our trip and one of the worst we experienced therefore it was poor value for money. Photos show some flooring that had clearly got damp, cracked and a dirty bath matt had been placed over it to disguise it and a bed sheet that didn’t even fit. When you’re paying £200+ a night you expect better.

Location, character property, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food good. Size and decor of room good.

Wardrobe shelves hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. We had to clean before unpacking. Bathroom sink slimy, glasses dirty. Main bedroom areas acceptable but corners dirty. Restaurant toilets were not cleaned to an acceptable standard. One day they were discussing and unusable until we mentioned it to reception. There was then some improvement. The restaurant food was good but the outside space was often uninviting. Not much effort made to attract customers. The manager would sit there for long periods day and night with his friend on mobile phone, smoking , doing nothing!!! Not a good look!!!
