Boutique Hotel Astoria

Great location. Everyone was super helpful and very nice.

An excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Kotor Old Town. Starting from my arrival, I had a warm welcome from the staff. Ana, Kristina and Bojana were friendly, helpful and efficient in providing useful information about their lovely city. You can feel that they are passionate with their job and spend time answering your questions. They make you feel like a special guest. As requested, I was allocated a quiet room which was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and pillows and clean towels. Delicious breakfast was a delight with abundant choices of food and served by efficient waiters. The restaurant also offers delicious food for lunch and dinner. The hotel is in a perfect location - 2 minute walk to the Main Gate, Arms Square, Clock Tower, St. Tryphon’s Cathedral, restaurants, cafes, souvenir stores and shops, and several places of interest. Meeting places for day trips are a few minutes away while the Main Bus station to visit nearby cities is only a 10-minute walk. I will definitely return to Boutique Hotel Astoria when I revisit Kotor. I am certainly recommending this hotel.

The decor & location

The room was very big and very comfortable. The location is excellent - inside Kotor old town. Breakfast is served in front of the hotel, in the old town, which is very nice. However.....

The worst thing is the parking. They say "free parking", but they "forgot" to mention that the parking is in a parking lot 500m away from the hotel! It's not the nicest thing to carry all your luggage 500m on a hot day! not to mention that if you forgot anything in your car, you have to go back a long distance.

The location was incredible and a great home base. We had an amazing view of the water. Breakfast was a nice perk that we took advantage of several times. The staff was really nice and very accommodating.
