Riad El Yacout

The facility was beautiful, clean, excellent customer service. Special recognition for Marco, he was truly Awesome!

I stayed at the Riad El Yacout while vacationing. The Riad has beautiful decor, personality and is steeped in culture. The size of the mansion leaves you intrigued. Although the Riad is significantly spacious it is also charming and quaint. The food was delicious and convenient. The customer service was second to none. All the staff were very helpful. Riad employee- Marcos was terrific. He was engaging, funny and personable. He helped with all our needs, answered our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

I like the heritage look if you accustomed to traditional outlook perfect Service and personal touch was excellent

Spa wasn’t inclusive Pool was rather small It was right in the middle no privacy Also cars don’t come right to the road so a small walk with suitcases Not a big issue unless you have loads of baggage

Our stay at Riad El Yacout was nothing short of magical. It was everything we imagined Morocco to be. The architecture and design are stunning and our room was very spacious. Hats off to the staff who catered to our every whim. A special shout-out to Marcos who kept us entertained. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. A great start to our trip in Morocco. What a beautiful hotel! Marcos and Hicham took our stay to the next level, with their jokes and personal attention. Everybody in the hotel took great care of us.

The riad was a very interesting building. Each room or suite was different. Everything very comfortable. There were many places to explore. Food and service (including wife's trip to hammam) were excellent. I want to point out the friendly and excellent treatment we received from the entire staff, but especially to Marcos, who treated us like we were in his own home. Marcos also entertained us with his timely rapping!

This Riad hotel is very charmfull with Moroccan tradition. If you have some time, we suggest a massage which is one of the we have had. Excellent service from all the team specially from Marcos.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad El Yacout. Marcos was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond. Other staff members, including Mohammed, Hicham, and Omar, were also incredibly helpful and kind. Each morning, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We also enjoyed a relaxing and rejuvenating hammam bath and massage during our stay. Highly recommend!
