Prestations supplémentaires sur place à prix excessifs ( notamment le hammam dans le riad que nous avons testé sur place pour 55 euros par personne pour "juste" un gommage de 30minutes, nous avons été déçus de ce rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur). Et juste pour iinfo, la piscine intérieur n'est pas chauffée (très fraîche en novembre)

Our stay at Riad El Yacout was nothing short of extraordinary, and a huge part of that was thanks to Marcas, who truly went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely helpful, incredibly attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Marcas speaks six languages, knows the area inside and out, and has a natural gift for connecting with guests. He’s wonderfully entertaining and loves engaging in meaningful conversations. He’s genuinely inquisitive about where his guests come from, listens with intention, and always walks away having learned something new—just as we did from him. The riad itself is absolutely stunning. The intricate mosaic tile work, the rich architectural details, and the overall atmosphere made us feel like we were staying in a Moroccan castle. The Hammam spa was an amazing experience, and the food was exceptional—flavorful, authentic, and beautifully presented. All the staff were warm and welcoming, but it was Marcas who made our stay truly unforgettable. His kindness, energy, and dedication to guest experience are unmatched. We left with wonderful memories and deep appreciation. Highly recommend Riad El Yacout, and especially the incredible hospitality of Marcas!

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt welcome. Mr Marcos and his staff greeted us with genuine attention. A fresh cup of mint tea upon arrival, every question was answered with patience and kindness, and I truly felt that nothing was too much to ask. Special attention for all our needs at the already plentiful and varied breakfast. Also to help arranging transport, the staff was always ready. The rooms and the swimming pool were not only clean and comfortable but also radiated authentic style. This riad is really TOP in its category. To put in a nutshell: this Riad is a place where hospitality is a daily practice. An absolute recommendation for anyone who values genuine service and a warm atmosphere.

After a disappointing stay in another Riad in Fèz, we moved to Riad El Yacout for a very memorable and wonderful stay at the end of our business week in Fèz and Tanger. After having stayed 2 nights, we profoundly want to thank manager Mr Marcos and his entire team for their state of art professionalism. A true example of authentic Moroccan hospitality. The Riad is a unique building, located at the entrance of the Fèz Medina (which is very convenient for transportation to the business areas outside the Medina area). The Riad is big, with plenty of beautiful corners and relaxing spots. We never had the feeling of being in and around the buzzing Medina. Without any doubt, this will be our "home away from home" when we are back in Fèz for business (and leisure). Shukran bezaf Mr Marcos and the whole team.

Le cadre est magnifique et le Riad très bien situé aux abords de la Médina

Le prix est absolument prohibitif et pour une qualité de service qui est sans aucune commune mesure avec la catégorie de prix. Chaque demande aussi insignifiante soit-elle doit être formulée à de nombreuses reprises, mais n'est jamais satisfaite. Le personnel et très gentil et souriant, mais guère efficace. Le service est au niveau d'une sympatique auberge, mais absolument au niveau d'un hôtel de grand luxe comme on peut s'y attendre au vu du prix payé. J'ai demandé 6 fois une facture par e-mail, j'attends toujours....

ce riad se situe en lisière de la médina pas loin de la porte bleue cette situation est très pratique quand on arrive avec ses bagages, on rejoint facilement l'entrée du riad sans devoir marcher avec ses valises dans les ruelles de la médina le riad est magnifique avec ses zéliges, le marbre .... le patio s'élance sur plusieurs étages les chambres sont bien mais certaines sont petites (celle de notre fils) notre chambre avait un petit salon bien pratique tout en zéliges et un plafond splendide très travaillé le personnel est top aux petits soins avec vous la réception peut s'occuper de l'organisation d'excursion, etc

attention nous on a adoré ce riad et la ville de Fès mais on est dans un riad au coeur de la médina pour ceux qui veulent avoir de grandes fenêtres avec une vue, ce n'est pas ici

This is a conveniently located traditional Riad on the edge of the Fes Medina and has a high rating from guests - which is what led us to book. It appears primarily to be used by tour Groups who are on a package and presumably a lower room rate. Whilst the Riad is beautiful inside, big and clean and the staff super helpful the rooms are basic and not that comfortable.

The biggest disappoint was the food which has led to our low rating. We had dinner in the Riad on our first night after, and it was very expensive at over GBP50 per person inc drinks. The Menus are traditional and limited with not everything on offer. The quantity of Moroccan salad starters was way too much for 2 people and a waste, the main courses were no more than adequate in terms of quality. Breakfast was poor quality and you can get freshly baked bread and pastries, fruit and coffee less than a 5 mins walk away. The egg was inedible. As independent travellers this was a disappointing and expensive stay, GBP 250 per night (USD 340), at a hotel/riad that doesn’t show Fes at its best. Luckily we found some fabulous places to eat, drink and visit. We booked our guide and a Hamman independently of the hotel, both of which were brilliant, giving us the confidence to truly explore Fes which is an amazing place to experience and has much to offer its visitors.
