Riad El Yacout

Incredible! Riad El Yacout is gorgeous and the staff are incredible. We stayed for two nights. Family of 4 including two should, two teens. The common areas are beautiful and rooms comfortable. I cannot say enough good things. Our whole family agreed we wanted to live at Riad El Yacout!

Tout! De l’accueil avec le sourire à l’instant, le petit déjeuner, la gentillesse. Comme son nom l’indique, c’est une perle à Fez. L’accueil avec Najwa était remarquable.

As part of a tour group we spent three nights here. The rooms were all different and each spectacular. The staff were warm and very accommodating. One member of their staff, Marco was outstanding. Always willing to go the extra mile to grant any request. The food and Moroccan tea were outstanding.

Dieses Riad war eines der absoluten Highlights unseres Aufenthalts in Fès. Die Atmosphäre ist wunderschön und authentisch – man fühlt sich sofort angekommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich warmherzige und zuvorkommende Personal. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, und man merkt, wie viel Herz hier drinsteckt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an den Leiter Marcos – selten habe ich so viel Engagement, Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht

Where to begin, every aspect of our stay at this fabulous Riad was exceptional. From the moment we arrived the team took care of everything making sure we were comfortable. Special mention to Marcos, so cheerful and wants to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. Once he found out I enjoyed their special lemon, honey tea, without me even asking delivered one to our room every morning. Breakfast was included with our stay and consisted of a good choice of pastries, cheese, yogurt, and scrambled eggs.. Dinner here was also very good and we enjoyed performance by a musician. Our room was one of the biggest we have ever stayed in.. one fun fact U2 recorded their music video Magnificent here. Would not hesitate to return here

Hot water takes 5-10mins to reach usable shower temperature so a lot of waste

Staying here with such a lovely experience! One of the hosts, Marco, made us truly feel at home. He was so fantastic with our three teenagers as well. So informative, always a smile on his face, and making sure that we had everything that we needed. Amazing hospitality! This location was also great. The Riad itself was so beautiful and ornate. You could take pictures from every angle as it was so gorgeous. The breakfast was plentiful! And even eggs to order! Thank-you to the staff of this Riad!!

Our stay at Riad El Yacout was nothing short of magical and truly made our trip to Morocco unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. I could not speak more highly of Marcos (the 17th haha) and Mohammad, I wish they could join us an all of our vacations, our stay here would not have been the same without them. The architecture and details created a serene oasis, blending traditional Moroccan elegance with luxurious comfort. Every detail — from the beautifully designed rooms to the exquisite dining experiences — exceeded our expectations. Waking up to the peaceful atmosphere each morning set the perfect tone for exploring Fez, and returning in the evening felt like coming back to paradise. Riad El Yacout didn’t just provide a place to stay; it elevated our entire journey and turned a wonderful vacation into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The building was beautifully kept and was a well preserved riad-very authentic! It was visually a feast for the eyes. The staff were brilliant especially Marcus and the Mohammeds.
