Christmas Farm Inn and Spa

There was a few things we liked about the CFI and a few things we weren’t that thrilled about. The food and service were top notch. Yummy food, flexible with lots of options for kids and the staff is very friendly. We stayed in the barn with our two young children and it wasn’t a good fit. The temperature in the loft the first night reached 95 degrees and we couldn’t seem to get the ac to function. The room itself is pretty outdated and the bedding was rough and uncomfortable. The towels are small and the sitting space was very tiny compared to what we saw online. It was clean and adequate but my 2 year old ended up finding a nail in the parking area which was a bit scary. My husband then found several more. We will probably go elsewhere for our next trip to Storyland.

The room was adequate but needed a deep cleaning. It had a massive amount of dust behind the floor register in the bathroom & on the metal blinds in the front window. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure good. It would have been better with a hand-held shower head. I liked the liquid bath gel, shampoo & conditioner.

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The only drawback for me was the staircase to the upstairs rooms. Narrow with high steps, it was difficult to bring luggage up and down.

Wonderful place

This was a festive stay with fall and holiday decor. It reminded me of my grandmothers house at Christmas! The food was excellent and it is located between Notth Conway and Mt Washington.

My reservation was cancelled without phone notification. I was offered to rebook for 300$more for the nights. I was sent recurrent notifications about non existent reservation. Did not stay here, but the change of reservation felt swindly.

First impressions were good, nice ambiance, reasonably busy. Once seated and looking at the menu, it all sounded lovely and difficult to choose from including the specials. When the waitress arrived it turned out several options were no longer available including the specials and some drinks, not what you expect on a Saturday evening. Drinks took a while to arrive with no explanation, food was nice and the waitress was very pleasant.

Mountain view was impressive. Hotel was charming.

Very nice room, friendly staff, and table. Everything was clean and orderly. The overall property wasn’t very good condition.
