"Customer service terrible"

Staff at check in were not pleasant...they keep the restrooms in lobby locked will not let guests use them!!!not for public use is what we were told!!!we had been traveling 2 days and needed to use the restroom 🚻 very badly but couldn't until we completed check in and went up elevator to our room !!! Noone cleaned our room or brought clean towels!! The following 2 days we never saw anyone at the desk
