"The couc arm leather was peeling of and the recliner had food on the side of it. The stove top wasn’t clean it had food"

My mom had to use the bathroom while waiting on a room and ask a staff member. She said we don’t have a public bathroom and I said we are waiting to get check in and she said we don’t have a public bathroom.
