"Unfriendly reception/ cigarette bud "

Super unfriendly staff at reception (the trainee was the only nice staff we encountered) unorganised check in & out process. Cigarette bud beside the pool even check in was 30 mins late. Did not apologies after we informed them or clean it up. Pool, beach, spa, pool side staff were great.

"Incredible holiday location "

Everything we asked to arrange was done seamlessly - dinner on the beach, bus to Hoi An and again to Bana Hills... day spa was great and every treatment enjoyable... food was fantastic... we were made to feel very welcome and really loved our stay.

"Spa is not unlimited but good resort to stay "

We booked the spa as a 40th birthday gift for my wife. When we arrived, even when we booked in advance, we were told that only one session is available. In the following days, we were told that we could only book two sessions and then only after we have completed the two booked sessions, could we book more. But in the following two days, when we were trying to book more, we were told that no space available. It was not until we spoke to some other guests did we find out that actually some guests were allowed to book three sessions. We guessed it was because they paid more. However, we raised this issue to the management becaus when we bought the holiday package, it says unlimited spa. If there are different options (2 or 3 sessions), we should have been told. This is cheating.

"Very good breakfast "

Breakfast is very good, have a variety of choices of food, coffee and drink. Spa is included, but service is just average, not really relaxing. Room is nice, but cannot watch TV when seating on the sofa as the TV is located between the bed and bedroom.
