TIA Wellness Resort - Spa Inclusive

The hotel location is great! unfortunately, there is a construction site next by which makes some noise during day and night. The staff are all so helpful, polite and friendly. Room service really good. If the hotel more facilities will be better, such as the games room. For the private swimming pool, hope be bigger if can. Overall satisfied (the thumb up).

Fusion has 2 spa treatments included per day with your own private pool right near the beach. Its a very relaxing and peaceful place. It was our second time returning and we would go back again.

Staffs are well trained, free massage everyday but make sure you book in advance.

The most amazing place! I would 100% recommend. The staff were amazing. The food was incredible and the spa treatments were unbelievable. Nothing was too difficult. It is a perfect resort for vegetarians or vegans - such a great range of options available. The kids club was very cute and the staff were great with the kids.

Great staff attention in every detail, ensured a perfectly pampered beachside indulgence. Two spa treatments daily, yoga, tai chi and breathing classes, delicious food, luxe accommodation...

The room rate is included a free spa per day which is very convenient.

Staff are excellent. Pools and view are amazing. Shuttle service to Hoi An was so easy, and quick cheap cab ride to Da Nang or the airport. A couple of negatives were construction noise from a new resort being built next door, and an occasional (quite) bad smell which would waft over when in our villa's pool. Overall though, one of the better places I've stayed :-)

This property is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it. The food at the Fresh restaurant is amazing. All the hotel staff always greeted us with a smile. We couldn't be more happy. Words can't explain how incredible this experience has been, and how everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I would like to thank Rick our Fusionist for all his help and support, he was awesome!!

The service staff only smile to caucasians, and display of what my husband termed as ‘poker face’ to us. Not sure if we got a super cheap deal at hotel.com, no drink was served at the warm reception area. I guess the attraction of this place is for the spa included, but the quality is that if the roadside spa centers. Although they put ‘guaranteed 2 treatments’ they only gave us one short treatment and one Long one for the first day as there is ‘not enough slot’. Room was ok but not fantastic, rather dirty and the Housekeeping was quite messy. Came to fold our wet towels instead of changing them? Resort was in the middle of nowhere and restaurant served bland and expensive food. Think there is a manager who goes around trying to make small talks w us and improve the standard, more has to be done for the general staff.

Is a brilliant resort, however the construction next door really impedes on your experience. Noisy from 6am til 10pm and rooms on the left hand side of the resort are overlooked by the construction crew.
