TIA Wellness Resort - Spa Inclusive

Incredible stay! I don't think the all-inclusive spa was prevalent enough when booking. I found after the fact, but you get 2 spa treatments a day and the spa is superb. The resort is gorgeous, each room has its own secluded pool. Big bonus was the resort never felt crowded. This resort has limited rooms so the amenities like the beach/pool/restaurants are never packed. Can't recommend Fusion Maia enough. The staff is also exceptional.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is impeccably clean and well looked after. Our room was perfect, and the private pool was a real bonus. The bath and bed are huge. We did hear the construction noise from the next door hotel at times but it definitely wasn't bad enough to ruin the experience and you barely notice it after a while. The beach is beautifully clean and the treatments at the spa were excellent. They are all included so, whilst you get to book two in advance, some days, we were able to book a third and were never charged. There is also a beautiful pool at the Spa with a waterfall which is a great place to hang out throughout the day. The transfer in to Hoi An is about half an hour but is very comfortable. The most important thing that made our holiday special however, was the staff. We had an utterly charming "fusionista", Rick, who took care of our every need and checked in with us every morning at breakfast. All of the staff tried their best to make our stay perfect, including ensuring that my girlfriend's food was personally checked to make sure nothing she was allergic to was included. Overall, I'd 100% recommend Fusion Maia for a luxurious spa break.

a very nice hotel, but unfortunately one of the biggest construction is right next to the villas, which mean you face construction noise more or less 24/7. the next 12months or so , nobody should go to this hotel. Even worse they try to hide this construction, it is not visible (on the time of our booking) on their website and hotel.com hides it under policy.

Hotel is very nice, good staff, perfect location outside of Da Nang and outside of Hoi An, but in the middle with free shuttle. Good food, great beach and pools

Extremely poor English, staff smile and nod then forgets your requests as they have no clue to what you have requested for. Spa is limited to 100mins per day, and must do 2 different treatments, which is annoying and in real time they only do 30 mins for each treatment which is way too short. Also as treatment is factored into the price. The quality of the service is not so good as the therapist do not expect to be tipped. Also, they do not allow you to book the treatments more than 1 day in advanced. So when you do the bookings most of the popular treatments are full. The hardware of the hotel is good. However, for this price I would stay elsewhere and get proper spa treatments.

Nice staff and good location, we enjoy spa free flow, yoga & swimming; the food is delicious too. We are re-charge after the stay.

Great value for money, very spacious villas with private plunge pool. Friendly service, ok spa treatments that were included in the price. Da Nang has an issue in managing tourism as along the whole beach hotels and resorts are built and being built and there is a lot of plastic on the beaches. Also the sea water quality is poor compared to most resorts. So very nice resort but Da Nang needs to manage and control tourism to get visitors to return.

Very nice place for a getaway. Wonderful staff ready to assist anytime, great flexibility. Only drawback was the work happening on other side with a new construction. Other than that highly recommend this place.
