Breakfast at the beach anytime is super super nice. Staff is responsive and friendly. Spa quite hard to reserve good time during Xmas week. Will definitely come back again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa treatments included were great.

though the staff are friendly the overall facility seems outdated and lacking small touch ups. notably the furnishing in the guest rooms. bath tub in the rooms took nearly an hour to fill and could not be as enjoyed. staff were kind but comparing with the price the service received was mediocre.

The staffs were very nice and friendly. I like their concept which provides 2 spa service per day. Also overall the service is very good

We booked this villa as a celebration of our friendship anniversary. We were greeted warmly by the manager and our fasionista Ms. Thuy Tran. She surpirsed us with a handmade card and several items which made our trip much meaningful. At the spa, Ms. Du, was espeically kind and helpful to help with our booking. I can not say anything negative about this place. My friends has such a wonderful time and we are sure this will be our place to celebrate next year.

Really enjoyed the treatments/massages! Very good! The property is lovely and great access to the beach. Felt the rooms were a wee bit tired.

Good to be back staff very friendly and put in every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Bit underwhelmed by the Asian buffet on the Saturday night as ran out of choice too early for those of without children who booked a later dinner. Bits of the location starting to tire too - broken loungers one example. They cope with the huge development next door as best they can too but it also has an impact on relaxation. Notwithstanding enjoyed our stay, had some great treatments at the spa and would return.

The room was great., beautiful and sophisticated with a private pool. Welcome cookies and fruits are prepaired. The quality of shampoo & conditioner was not good. If you have long hair, I would recommend you to bring your own treatment. We could enjoy many types of spa massages twice a day. I love smoothie bowl at the beach cafe for breakfast. Unfortunately, some staffs were not so friendly and the operations of front desk and spa reception were not smooth in comparison with the service level of Japan. But totally I’m satisfied with my stay and would like to stay Fusion Maia again.

Really enjoyed the whole experience, from going for yoga lessons, having 2 guaranteed spa treatments daily, private movie screening and the awesome breakfast selection. We only left the resort once for dinner during our 3d2n stay. Only downside is the big construction next door which disturbed the peace and tranquility at times. Understood from the hotel staff that the construction is slated to be completed in 2020. We will be back when the construction is completed :)
