Good situation, extremely friendly staff, with 24 hr reception. Room was spacious, very clean, nice bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. There is limited facilities in the room such as no fridge but nice coffee and tea maker, it is good value for money.

La llegada al hotel fue espectacular y tuvimos la suerte de poder conocer a una recepcionista que era española. Nos indicó donde teníamos que ir. Mil gracias por tu atención.

La limpieza de habitación no pasó ningun día a limpiar la habitación ni a retirar las papeleras ni toallitas mojadas. En fin un desastre.

A localização é ótima, perto das docas, o quarto bastante amplo, a camas e o sofá cama são grandes.

A arrumação não é feita todos os dias, eles já avisam antes que é a cada três dias, então se precisa de novas toalhas tem que pedir.

Location of hotel was great, right next to James Street Station and a 5 minute walk to the water front. The room was lovely and even though it was on a main road you could hear no noise and would stay hear again.

There was nothing not to like.

Excellent location, the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the centre and the pier head so it’s so close to the places we wanted to be. Big room with a big comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Discount for the Q park which is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like!
