Great central location, lovely helpful staff, clean and tidy

Beds very uncomfortable, mattress very lumpy and pillows very hard. We had no water between 10am - 2pm for 2 of 3 days stay. Not told about work being carried before hand, only told when we went to complain and signs were pointed out to us
