Bez problemu zmieniono mi pokój z 3 na 2 piętro, gdy zgłosiłam niedogodności. Obsługa dostępna cały czas, cicha i spokojna ulica mimo centrum. W pokoju suszarka, ręczniki, roleta zacieniająca i zasłony. W łazience dozowniki z kosmetykami włącznie z balsamem. Wygodne materace, duże łóżka. Po drugiej stronie ulicy najważniejsze zabytki i muzeum narodowe. Niedaleko centrum handlowego. Z okna widok na diabelski młyn.
