"A GHASTLY EXPERIENCE - BETTER THAN PRISON BUT NOT BY MUCH"

CHECKING OUT AND THE PROXIMITY TO THE AIRPORT

HOTEL IS A SPRAWLING MESS, BADLY LAID OUT, AND FAVOURING GROUPS & TOUR PARTIES. RESTAURANT HAS NEGLIGIBLE TABLES FOR 2 RESULTING IN A 'SHARED' DINING EXPERIENCE AT MEAL TIMES. ROOM WALLS & DOORS ARE FLIMSY AND NOT SOUND-PROOF - YOU CAN HEAR ALL MOVEMENTS 3 FLOORS BELOW. ALL FLOORS ARE TILED MEANING FOOTSTEPS AND FURNITURE BEING SCRAPED CAN BE HEARD FROM AFAR. ON THE SATURDAY NIGHT THERE WAS A RESIDENT DJ IN THE WALKWAY TO THE RESTAURANT PLUS ANOTHER DJ IN A CONFERENCE ROOM WITH AN UNBEARABLY LOUD SYSTEM THAT COULD BE HEARS PERFECTLY FROM THE 4TH FLOOR. MUSIC WAS ONLY TURNED DOWN AFTER 2 COMPLAINTS; FIREWORKS WERE SET OFF AT 11.45PM - VERY CONSIDERATE!
