"Good hotel"

Enjoyed the week, felt relaxed, safe, although struggled with the language, locals not troubled and many spoke good English. Would probably need to try out local transport to check out other areas

"Lovely Hotel, near everything Timisoara"

I travel to Timisoara at least once a year, and sometimes two or three times, and I only now discovered the NH Timisoara. I will never stay anywhere else. I checked in and my TV wasn't working and so they changed my room immediately. But the rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean and updated. You can walk/run along the Bega River forever on beautiful paved paths; there are nearby parks and the City Center is an easy walk. The breakfast is wonderful. Location is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will be back.

"Just what we needed"

Nice hotel for the money. Due to visiting out of season some refurb was taking place. Excellent staff. Very efficient and friendly. Good location 20 min walk to old town. Good quality room service. Very clean throughout. Comfy room.

"Service was horrendous!"

Lovely place for Christmas market, hotel service was appalling! We asked for toiletries, no toiletries. We asked for robes and slippers to use the sauna, no robes and slippers. We tried to use the sauna and it was out of order. No mini bar even though it was listed on the room specs. Would not stay again!!

"Good Hotel but With Issue"

Nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Clean, fair sized rooms but with heating issues. No one can stop heating! Very hot rooms and you can sleep with open windows only! Not acceptable!
