Casa Boutique Hotel

The lobby smells really bad, like a wet market and at one point like pi*s. I think they have a drainage issue cause even the room smells bad. I was so excited to use the pool, but one look at it and I changed my mind. It’s such a shame since the room was big enough, and the staff were nice. I hope the owners consider renovating the hotel first.

The hotel is conveniently situated near Wat Phnom and about a 15 minute walk to the market and the main bars and restaurants by the river. Good sized bedroom with mini bar, nice and comfortable. The breakfast is rather basic and the restaurant needs updating. There is a disco which goes on late, so best to stay on the top floor to avoid the noise

This is more of a night life place rather than a place for a good night rest. There is a karaoke and discotheque located within this hotel building and the music will be blasted till the wee hours of the morning. The rooms are spacious but the housekeeping staffs need to show more enthusiasm when cleaning up the room. The hotel's location is in the Central of the city but if you are a light sleeper, never ever stay at this hotel. It is strictly for the night life hunters.

ワットプノン北側のローカルレストランや商店で賑うエネルギッシュな通りにあり、観光客相手のマッサージや土産物店・コンビニ等へも徒歩圏です。ライトアップされているワットプノン・王宮、ナイトマーケットやリバーサイドの飲食街など夕涼みがてらの散歩に最適の地域も遠くありません。交通も多く、不安は感じませんが、夜遅くは徒歩は避け、交通機関を利用された方が良いと思います。アンコールワット・シアヌークビルやホーチミンへの長距離バスのターミナルやトンレサップ河クルーズ船乗り場や旅行社も近く、乗り継ぎや観光の拠点には良いです。ナイトクラブも併設の大きなホテルですが、古いホテルなので、改修中の施設もあり、廊下や階段など一部改修されてはいても古びたところもあります。部屋は広々清潔でバスルームも含め清掃も行き届いていました。4階のプールは十分泳げる広さですが、管理人もおらずタオルもなく、サイドバーもなく、古びた感じです。利用する人も少ないようです。ジムは名ばかりでマシンも4台のみで電源も入っていません。朝食はバイキングですが、メニューも少なく、サラダもラップがかかったまま。9時過ぎに行ったので遅かったかもしれませんが、食欲のわかないレストランでした。このホテルの朝食は当てにしないほうが良いです。ジムと朝食を当てにしなければ、十分使えるホテルです。

Night club on ground floor. Loud noise until 5am can even be heard from 7th floor. Don't stay here if you want good nights sleep.

The front desk staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The wifi in the room was okay and the air-conditioning was decent. The noise that comes from the night club/ktv is extremely strong... ...this is something that you might want to consider before booking.

"THE ROOM is OKAY" The room is spacious, but it's not so clean and some area is very dusty. "SUPER LOUD NOISE because of NIGHT CLUB" Super loud noise in the evening until 4 am because of the night club at the basement. If you're on vacation or business, you will have energy for your day because you're lack of sleep every night. "RECEPTION STAFF is far from good" Some reception staffs are very nice, but some can't even speak English and it's very tough to communicate for a very simple things and they're not helpful. "VERY GOOD HOUSE KEEPER" The house keepers are nice and good. They always greet every morning and have a good manners. "NO VISION MANAGER" The manager is very not polite, not friendly, and doesn't care about customer because may be the hotel service is not the main benefit of the Casa Hotel (This hotel might benefit more from the night club and other businesses related to the night club.) "BREAKFAST is TERRIBLE" The breakfast is terrible. The food is not fresh, low quality, and super bad manner staff. They're lazy to serve food, they're very busy on their mobile phone business & social media. They don't care about the customer at all. They speak very bad to us and always frown and make grumpy faces at customers. They're not helpful and very lazy. THE POOL is DIRTY The pool is super dirty and there is no lifeguard on duty. The hotel also placed "a no lifeguard, you're taking your own risk" sign on the pool side. THE LIE about WIFI Some room has Wifi and some doesn't have NEVER and NEVER AGAIN Casa Hotel needs to accept that there are much better hotels available for cheaper price with a better service.
